Vice President, Operations Strategy And Analytics at BlueStar TeleHealth

Ben Wynia began their work experience as a Flight Student in the US Army from July 2011 to December 2012. Ben then worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing Flight Operations and managing a team of seven, from January 2013 to June 2013. From June 2013 to December 2013, Ben served as a Project Manager, leading risk analysis and strategic planning projects in Afghanistan. In January 2014, they became an Operations Manager of a 20-person assault helicopter team, managing operations, training, logistics, maintenance, and human resources. In September 2015, Ben was promoted to Program Manager, responsible for maintenance, human resources, logistics, and strategic planning for a division including 63 individuals. From February 2017 to April 2019, they served as a Senior Operations Manager in the US Army, leading a 49-person human resources team. In April 2019, Ben transitioned to the civilian sector and became a Manager/Senior Manager for Site Operations at View, Inc, a building technology company. Ben was then promoted to Director of Customer Support in July 2020 and later became Vice President of Product Operations in September 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations Strategy and Analytics at BlueStar TeleHealth, starting from October 2023.

Ben Wynia has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point, obtained from 2007 to 2011. Ben also holds a Master of Science degree in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California. Ben has pursued further education with a Master of Science degree in Information Technology (Business Intelligence and Data Analytics) from the Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. Additionally, they have a Master of Arts in International Relations (Economic Development Track) from American University. Ben Wynia has also obtained various certifications, including Open Water Scuba Diver from PADI, AS103 Basic Coastal Cruising from American Sailing, and UH60M Blackhawk Helicopter Pilot Qualification from the US Army.
