Bluestem Communities
Rachel McMaster has a comprehensive work experience in the field of marketing, communications, and admissions. Rachel started as an Admissions Counselor at Hesston College in 2007 before moving up to become the Public Information Officer and eventually the Director of Marketing and Communications. In 2020, they moved to Bluestem Communities as the Director of Communications.
Rachel McMaster attended Hesston College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned their Associate of Arts degree in English. Rachel then went on to Eastern Mennonite University from 2005 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
