Ryan Greenwood

Ryan Greenwood is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the sportswear and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Communications at Nike since August 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Global Head of Communications at On from July 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included the establishment of the company's first Global Corporate Communications team. Prior to that, Ryan spent four years as the Global Senior Director of Corporate/Consumer Brand Communications at LEGO Group, leading all brand and corporate storytelling efforts. Ryan's earlier roles at Nike encompassed various leadership positions in communications, including EMEA Communications Director for Nike Direct and Western Europe Communications Director for Nike Sportswear, contributing significantly to the brand's strategy and visibility. Earlier career foundations were built at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Ryan holds a BA in Public Relations from Leeds Beckett University and completed an executive education program at IMD.
