Nikole Shriner

Nikole Shriner has extensive work experience in the banking industry, primarily in roles related to loan servicing and human resources. Nikole started their career at Eastern Bank in 2005 as a Branch Manager before transitioning to a HR Representative role in 2007. In 2011, Nikole became an HR Officer and later took on the position of AVP HR Officer at Eastern Bank. Nikole also served as AVP Loan Servicing Manager and VP Loan Servicing Manager at Bluestone Bank. Additionally, Nikole worked as an HR Business Partner at HarborOne Bank. Nikole has a strong background in HR and loan servicing with a track record of success in leadership roles.

Nikole Shriner earned a Master of Science in Human Resources Development (MSHRD) from Villanova University, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to this, they obtained a BA in Exercise Physiology from Purdue University. In 2015, Nikole also obtained a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI.
