Nicholas Stone has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicholas is the Founder and CEO of Bluestone Lane, a rapidly growing premium cafe and lifestyle brand with over 65 locations and 1,000 teammates across multiple markets in the United States. Prior to Bluestone Lane, Nicholas worked at ANZ as the Director - Head of Americas, Corporate Finance, where they were responsible for providing corporate finance solutions to large multinational clients. Nicholas also has experience in investment banking as an analyst at UBS. Additionally, Nicholas served as a Professional AFL Football Player for various teams, including St Kilda Football Club, Hawthorn Football Club, and Collingwood Football Club. Currently, they are a Member of the Board of Directors at the American Australian Association and an Advisory Board Member at both breef and Supp.

Nicholas Stone completed their high school education at Wesley College from 1994 to 1999. Nicholas then pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a focus on Banking and Finance at Monash University, graduating in 2005. In 2006, they furthered their education by attending FINSIA, where they obtained a Master of Applied Finance degree with a specialization in Corporate Finance and Advisory. From 2009 to 2010, Nicholas attended Melbourne Business School, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Following this, in 2010, they enrolled in the Fordham Gabelli School of Business for an Executive Program in Corporate Treasury and Venture Capital, completing a Post-Graduate Advanced Certificate Program.
