Ross began their career as an Aeronautical Engineer at GKN Westland Helicopters limited in 2001 and later moved to Airbus in 2006, where they continued working in the same role. In 2013, they ventured into entrepreneurship and started their own company, MACK EVENTS PRESENTS LTD. As the Owner/Managing Director, they co-created the GlastonBARRY Music Festival and managed the bar and catering operations.
