Richard Goodrum has extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, currently serving as Vice President, Managing Partner, and COO of BlueTop, an innovative company focused on acquisitions, development, and property management since 2008. Prior to BlueTop, Richard held the position of Vice President of Portfolio Asset Management at Wesley Hotel Group, where a notable achievement included the transformation of a historic building into a boutique hotel and spa. Richard’s career also includes a role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Ridgewood Hotels Inc., overseeing multi-unit properties and generating substantial revenue. Additionally, Richard's experience at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts involved leadership in sales marketing for national accounts, supporting both corporate and entertainment industry initiatives across multiple key locations.
