Geetha Krishna has extensive experience in customer support and technology management, currently serving as a Customer Happiness Advocate and Head of Support Services at BlueTree since July 2011, where responsibilities include managing support services and designing banking WFM solutions. Concurrently, Geetha mentors Tier 2 and Tier 3 IT graduates at Corpshaala Technologies Pvt Ltd., focusing on enhancing their technology skills for better job prospects. Prior to this, Geetha held the position of AVP IT for Core Banking at ING Vysya Bank from 2008 to 2010, overseeing production support and acting as a liaison between business leaders and IT partners. Previous roles included a Business Analyst at iGATE Global Solutions and a Consultant at Sanchez Computer Associates, with a strong background in core banking system design and support. Geetha holds an MBA from IGNOU, a B.Sc. from Mysore University, and is certified as a CISA.
