Hen Pekar

Hen Pekar's work experience includes various roles in fraud risk analytics and detection. Starting in 2012, they worked at EZ Way Psychometric as a psychometric teacher and trainer until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they held multiple roles at Simplex.com, including fraud analyst team leader, research team leader, research and solutions group leader, and data research and developer. In 2020, they joined Wix.com as a risk team leader until 2022 when they moved to Justt as the head of fraud detection. Currently, they are the director of fraud risk analytics at Bluevine.

Hen Pekar attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. During their time at the university, Hen specialized in the fields of Psychology and Communication.
