McKayla Knickrehm

McKayla Knickrehm is an experienced customer support professional currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Customer Support Associate at BlueVine since March 2020. In this role, McKayla has excelled in providing exceptional client experiences, monitoring service level agreements, managing the Customer Support team, and creating training programs.
