Roy Konki is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as the VP of People at Bluevine, where they focus on fostering a strong workplace culture that promotes growth and development. Previously, Roy served in various HR roles, including Head of HR for Israel at ServiceNow and Director of People for EMEA & LATAM at AppsFlyer. They began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Etgar Human Resource before transitioning to an HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation. Roy holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, earned in 2013.
