Esmira Alieva

Esmira Alieva is the Head of Human Resources at Celus. Esmira has over three years of experience in human resources management. Prior to joining Celus, they were the HR Manager at CROC, a leading Russian IT company. Esmira has also worked as the Head of Studies at Speak Up English School and as the Academic Manager at IPT (International Professional Training).

Esmira Alieva has a degree in linguistics from Moscow State Linguistic University. Esmira is also certified from Unthink in the Unthink Women's Leadership Programme.

They work with Bettina Giemsa - Head of Marketing, Alexander Pohl - CTO, and Matthijs von Witte - Commercial Director. Esmira Alieva reports to Tobias Pohl, CEO.
