Thomas Glocer

Tom Glocer is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. As the Founder of Angelic Ventures, BlueVoyant, and Capitolis, and the Co-Founder and Partner of Communitas Capital Partners, Tom Glocer has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation in the fields of cyber defense and fintech. Currently serving as Chairman of Isatari Global and Lead Director at Morgan Stanley, Glocer also holds significant positions at K2 Integrity, Publicis Groupe, and Merck. Tom Glocer earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Columbia College, Columbia University.
