York Sell

York Sell is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management and entrepreneurship within the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Product Manager at BlueVoyant since August 2021, York oversees offerings related to Professional Services and Managed Security Services. As a co-founder of r00tz Asylum, York contributes to a long-standing kids hacker conference focused on teaching information security and ethical hacking. Previous roles include Product Manager at Red Canary, where York was pivotal in establishing the Managed Detection and Response product team, and co-founder and Head of Product at Wickr, where significant funding was raised and multiple encryption products were launched. Earlier experience includes business consulting, leadership in outdoor advertising, and a Vice President role at Citibank, where York developed technical products. York holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College.
