Frank Kramer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in structural and stress engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Structural Engineer at Bluewater Energy Services since September 2005, Frank's prior roles include Stress Engineer at Farnest Engineering and Machinefabriek P.M. Duyvis, as well as Design Engineer at RAVO veegmachines. Frank's educational background includes a degree in autotechniek from HTS Apeldoorn, completed between 1983 and 1987.
