Hielke Brugts

Hielke Brugts has extensive experience in maritime operations, having served as Project Operations Support Manager and Marine Superintendent at Bluewater Energy Services since March 1996. Prior to this role, Hielke worked as a Master and Senior DP Operator at Workships Contractors B.V. from August 1990 to March 1996, and held various positions including Deck, Navigation and Engineer Officer at Shell from December 1980 to August 1990. Hielke started a career in the maritime industry as an Apprentice Officer at Dockwise from August 1979 to September 1980. Academically, Hielke earned a Master Mariner Class 1 degree from HZ University of Applied Sciences and a Marine Engineer Class 3 degree from Hogeschool Zeeland.
