Wouter Sloof

Wouter Sloof has extensive work experience in the ICT and engineering fields. Wouter is currently employed as the Department Head of ICT at Bluewater Energy Services since July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Section Head of ICT Solutions at the same company from February to June 2023.

Before joining Bluewater Energy Services, Wouter worked at GPI Tanks & Process Solutions for several years. Wouter'sroles at GPI included Head of IT and Innovations from June 2018 to March 2023, Manager Engineering & Developments from April 2017 to June 2018, Manager Operations Office & IT from June 2015 to April 2017, Manager Engineering & IT from December 2013 to May 2015, IT Manager from January 2012 to November 2013, and Project Manager from June 2005 to December 2011.

Wouter Sloof completed their education starting from 2000 to 2004 at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. From 2005 to 2008, they attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and achieved a Master of Science in Business Administration (MscBA) degree with a specialization in Innovation Management. In 2018, Wouter Sloof briefly studied Lean Leadership at Nyenrode Business University, although no specific degree was mentioned in this case.
