Bill Fennell

Bill Fennell currently serves as the Deputy Director and Program Control Manager at BlueWater Federal Solutions, overseeing the performance and delivery of services for the Midwest Portfolio, which includes key clients such as DISA, DHA, and DLA. Previously, Bill held various positions in the United States Marine Corps from January 2006 to May 2018, where responsibilities included planning and executing communication systems to support Command and Control operations. Additionally, Bill worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2007 to July 2015 as an Advisor in the Executive Office, focusing on enhancing client relationships and experiences.
