David Simon

Mr. Simon supports the President in the development and execution of BlueWater’s Growth Initiatives. He brings 20 years of public and private sector experience and is an Army veteran who served as an Intelligence Officer. He was the General Manager of a $200M P&L for the Americas – Big Data and Analytics at a Fortune 200. While working at a Top 25 Federal Contractor, Mr. Simon successfully developed and led capture on billion-dollar contracts across the DoD, IC, and Fed/Civ markets. He has consulted globally in multiple sectors working with C-Suite Executives across the Global 1000 to provide winning new business strategies. He is also known for his unique style that comes from his time as a Professional Soccer Referee in Major League Soccer (MLS) and the NCAA.
