Bill Gillam

Bill was appointed to the Bluewater Health Board of Directors in June 2017. He is currently Chair of the Resource Utilization and Audit Committee and the Board representative on the Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital Foundation Board.

Bill has a proven track record as an IT Executive, having held progressive roles with Hewlett-Packard Canada, Compaq Canada, and Digital Equipment of Canada. He possesses a diploma in Systems Design and Analysis from Seneca College.

In his current role as Area Vice President for Oracle Canada, Bill is responsible for all of Oracle’s Canadian Public Sector Cloud Infrastructure Business, which includes publicly-funded healthcare organizations, ministries, and agencies across Canada.
