Curt Swayne

Curt Swayne has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2022, they became the President of Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent Technology. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2022, they served as an Experienced Leader and Learning/Development Professional. Curt also has a background in the Texas State Guard, where they held the position of Officer In Charge - OIC (CPT/O-3) from 2013 to 2022. Additionally, Curt was the President of MLink Technologies from 2020 to 2021 and Vice President from 1995 to 2020. In their early days at MLink Technologies, they also held the role of Vice President, Media Design and Development in 1995.

Curt Swayne completed Officer Candidate School at Texas State Guard in 2016, earning a Certificate/Commission in Leadership. Prior to that, they attended Newman University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Visual Design. The exact dates of their enrollment at Newman University are unknown.
