Macaire Ament has a diverse work experience that includes roles in marketing, business analysis, and event coordination. Macaire started their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Casual Temporary in Custodial and later participated in the Walt Disney World College Program, where they completed marketing courses and worked as a Custodial Hostess.
After their time at Disney, Macaire worked as an Events and Marketing Summer Intern at Art House Dallas, where they assisted in planning and developing activities to increase awareness of the organization. Macaire then joined TourIt Media, Inc. as an Emerging Media Intern and later became a Marketing Specialist.
In 2014, Macaire also worked as a Contracted Goalkeeper Coach at Plano Sports Authority.
Since 2016, Macaire has been with Bluewater - Transforming Learning and Talent. Macaire initially started as a Marketing Coordinator, managing the logistics of tradeshow and user conference sponsorships. Macaire then moved on to become a Marketing Specialist, where they expanded their impact to the overall marketing strategy, including writing sales and marketing materials and overseeing critical projects. Macaire also became the lead user of email marketing platforms like Hubspot and Pardot. Currently, they hold the position of Business Analyst at Bluewater.
Macaire Ament completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Emerging Media and Communication from The University of Texas at Dallas, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, Macaire attended Liberty Senior High School from 2008 to 2012. Apart from their formal education, they obtained certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce in December 2020, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist from Salesforce in November 2019, and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in August 2020.
