Noel Navarrete

Noel Navarrete serves as an NDS Engineer and AutoCAD Tech at Bluewater Telecommunications, Inc. since February 2019, specializing in construction prints for Centurylink within the Florida region, including CAF II projects. Prior experience includes roles as an OSP/NDS Engineer at CHR Solutions, where Noel worked on various Centurylink projects across multiple states, and as a Drafter at Connally Bros. Group Surveying, Inc., creating site surveys. Additional positions held include OSP Engineer at POWER Engineers, CAD Drafter at CLS Group, and Junior Drafter at Allpro Consulting Group, with a focus on fiber optic distribution and tower design. Noel holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in computer drafting and design from ITT Technical Institute, completed in 2007.
