Dave Andreadakis

Dave Andreadakis is an accomplished business leader with over 30 years of experience in growth and innovation. Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Bluewater since July 2023, Dave is recognized for extensive market presence through active engagement in events and a robust network. Prior to this role, Dave held numerous strategic positions at Kobie Marketing, including Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on capturing market changes and driving growth in customer engagement. Dave also served as Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at AIMIA, where strategic program design was a key responsibility. Earlier roles include Business Development Manager at Oracle Financial Services Software, Business Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing, and various consulting and managerial positions since the mid-1990s. Dave's educational accomplishments include an MBA from the University of Minnesota and completion of the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme.
