David started their career in 2001 when they founded Hedgehog Computers, where they managed IT assets for multiple companies and designed technology infrastructure for new office spaces. David then moved on to work as the Owner/Producer at Finite Motion Media, providing freelance services for broadcast production, corporate videos, and websites. In 2005, they joined Publix Super Markets as a Producer/Director, leading projects from concept to completion and implementing a new video distribution model. Currently, David is Vice President at Bluewater Media, overseeing the media division and agency services, focusing on improving client experience and maximizing ROI for their campaigns. David previously served as a Senior Producer at Bluewater, directing and overseeing the production of commercials and advertising.
David Tiberia completed their high school education at Wharton High School from 1998 to 2001, earning a High School Diploma. David then pursued further studies at the University of South Florida from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communications / Broadcast.

Bluewater is a truly converged agency, bringing all aspects of research, creative, production, digital commerce, and offline and online media together under one roof. Formed in 2001 in Florida, Bluewater Media, LLC started as a small 2-person creative shop in a 300 sq. ft. office. By 2009 the company had exploded to a 40-person full service BrandedDirect Response agency operating from our 33,000 square foot state of the art facility in Clearwater, Florida.
