Sharon Rose

Sharon Rose has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Sharon began their career as a PA to the director at Business Objects in 1999, where they worked until 2004. Sharon then joined Espen Oeino Naval Architects as a PA to the CEO from 2007 to 2010. Sharon Rose's most recent and significant work experience is at Bluewater Yachting, where they started as a Crew Agent in 2009 and worked their way up to become the Crew Recruitment Manager in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Crew recruitment at Bluewater Yachting, a role they have been in since September 2022.

Sharon Rose studied Tourism and Travel Services Management at Bournemouth and Poole College, earning a Bts degree.
