Nikki Henley currently holds the position of General Manager People & Culture at both Bluewaters Power and Summit Southern Cross Power, effective September 2023. Prior to these roles, Nikki served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner - APAC at PHI Aviation from November 2022 to September 2023. Nikki's extensive experience at Woodside Energy from 2010 to November 2022 as People & Global Capability Business Partner involved supporting the sustainability division, focusing on leadership development within the Technology function, and contributing to the launch of the New Energy business with a significant investment of AU$5 billion. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Curtin University.

Built in 2009, 4.5km northeast of Collie, Bluewaters Power Station consists of two 217MW units and runs on sub-bituminous coal. As the newest coal-fired power station in Western Australia, it is efficient with low emissions. On average, we supply over 15% of the electricity in the South West interconnected System.
