May Alsalman

May Alsalman, MHRM, CIPD, serves as the General Manager of People & Culture at SCCC since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Previously, May held various roles at specialized by stc, including Talent Management Director and Talent Management Manager, from December 2019 to June 2022. Early career experiences include positions as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at General Dynamics Land Systems and a Human Resources Trainer at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Additional roles include HR Generalist/Recruitment and Training Specialist at TAQNIA, Performance Management Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Saudi Arabia, and Human Resources Coordinator at Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City. Educationally, May possesses a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a Postgraduate High Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Al Yamamah University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
