Ami Vyas

Ami Vyas is a seasoned engineer specializing in grid integration and interconnection for offshore wind projects. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at BlueWave since May 2025, Ami has previously worked as an Interconnection Engineer for Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind LLC and as an Electrical Engineer at Shell, focusing on offshore wind development in the Americas. Prior experience includes roles at National Grid, including Senior Engineer in Distribution Planning and Associate Engineer, where significant contributions to electric grid modeling and asset management were made. Ami also possesses experience in tutoring engineering students at Boston University and conducting research in mechanical engineering materials. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Boston University, completed in 2017.
