Ron Berenstein

Ron Berenstein is a Robotics Research Manager at Bluewhite since February 2022, focusing on the development of the next generation of tractor fleet technology. Prior to this role, Ron served as a Senior Robotics Scientist at ARO, Volcani Center from November 2007 to February 2022, specializing in agricultural robotics and precision agriculture. Additional experience includes serving as a Research & Development Manager (postDoc) at CITRIS and the Banatao Institute from January 2017 to February 2019, and as a Teaching Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2007 to 2015. Ron's early career includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer at ICL Group from 2006 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a post-doctoral degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering, an MSc in Industrial Engineering, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, all obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
