Irwin Shires

Irwin Shires, CDS has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Irwin started their career at Panther Premium Logistics in 2000, where they served as the Government Qualifications Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the expansion, development, and qualification of the Arms Ammunition and Explosives (AA&E) fleet, ensuring compliance with DoD mandates for facility and individual clearances. Irwin also conducted trainings and processed essential documents to maintain compliance. In 2020, Irwin joined the Ohio Trucking Association as the Vice President of Education and Engagement, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Client Services Champion at Bluewire LLC.

Irwin Shires, CDS completed their education from 1986 to 1988 at Ashland University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Secondary Education and Teaching.
