Chief Representative Engineer at Bluewrist

Luis Alvarez began their career in 2010 as a Project Engineer for Metalandes S.A.S., where they were an expert of implementation of ISA 88 Batch control Standards in Industry. Luis then moved to Volkswagen de Mexico in 2013, where they were a Stamping Process Engineer. In 2014, they joined Bluewrist Inc. as Chief Representative Engineer, where they were responsible for Business Development in Latin America for Automated Robot Vision Systems, focused on automated dimensional 3d inspection systems. Luis also conducted Technical Scope design for inspection projects with users and Technical analysis on technologies on the market for 3D Inspection. Additionally, they were an Application Engineer, responsible for System integration for automated robot vision systems, using 3D vision systems, 3D point cloud generation.

Luis Alvarez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering - Controls from California State University, Los Angeles between 2004 and 2009. Luis then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Intelligent Systems from Universidad de las Américas Puebla between 2011 and 2013. In addition, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification obtained from LEAN SIX SIGMA INTERNATIONAL in March 2022, as well as certifications in Fanuc Robotics, Panasonic Robotics, and Universal Robots.
