Kai-wen Chung

Kai-wen Chung has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Kai-wen currently serves as the Head of Engineering & CTO at BlueX Trade, a FreightTech platform that connects buyers and sellers in the ocean logistics and transportation industry. Prior to this, they were the Head of TW Engineering at Newegg.

Before joining these companies, Kai-wen served as the Chief Technology Officer at Quadas爵&数\u636e where they led the development centers in Taipei and Shanghai, overseeing a team of 40+ developers. Kai-wen was responsible for designing the SaaS digital Ad service platform architecture and data pipeline infrastructure.

Kai-wen also served as the Chief Architect at vpon.com, where they managed the development centers in Taipei and Shanghai and played a key role in the architecture design and construction of the SaaS Ad service platform.

Prior to that, Kai-wen worked at Trend Micro as an Architect, leading the development of enterprise cloud storage service and mobile device management. Kai-wen was also responsible for designing and constructing the cloud service platform architecture and providing professional suggestions for system architecture for cloud security.

Kai-wen started their career at Gridow Inc. as a Senior Manager, where they worked for over a decade before moving on to other roles in the technology industry.

Kai-wen Chung started their education journey in 2002 by attending Cornell University. They completed their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Computer Science at Cornell University in 2004.
