Chad Fowler

Chad Fowler is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as General Partner and CTO at BlueYard Capital since May 2021, while also holding board and Chief Product Officer roles at otto JavaScript Security since April 2020. Previously, Chad held various leadership positions at Microsoft from June 2015 to January 2020, including General Manager of Startups and Developer Advocacy, as well as CTO for initiatives like OneNote and Wunderlist. Chad's extensive experience also includes serving as CTO at 6Wunderkinder, leading the company to a successful acquisition by Microsoft, and managing technology operations at LivingSocial. Chad's earlier roles include CTO at InfoEther and Director at Ruby Central, where significant contributions were made to the Ruby and Rails community. Chad holds a degree from The University of Memphis, earned between 1991 and 1996.
