Stephanie Meckler

Stephanie Meckler has worked in the legal field since 2007. Stephanie began their career at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc. as Senior SaaS/Cloud Counsel and Senior Regulatory and Licensing Counsel. In this role, they provided counsel for IP development and protection, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, global presence, licensing, and other sales and product management. Stephanie also advised on US Federal, State and International compliance data privacy, security, consumer protection, and other regulatory requirements. In 2016, Meckler moved to BluIP, where they served as General Counsel. In this role, they consulted on a wide variety of commercial transactions in the sale and regulation of global communication services. Stephanie also advised on sales issues and agreements including licensing and subscription, professional services, customer support, partner, agency, intellectual property for data privacy, security, financing, employment, established offerings and development and design of new technology and uses of current products. Additionally, they managed Human Resources (Employment) and Risk Management.

Stephanie Meckler obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) from John Marshal College of Law in Cleveland Ohio. Stephanie also attended Cleveland State University, where they studied Computer and Information Science. Stephanie Meckler completed their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
