Jen Larimore

Jen Larimore is the current Director of Human Resources & Recruiting at Bluleadz. Jen has previous experience as a Career Specialist, Employer Relations Manager, and Special Events Coordinator.

Jen began their career in 2002 as a Special Events Coordinator at Champions for Children. In 2005, they became an Employer Relations Manager at the University of South Florida. There, they partnered with employers to strategize on-campus recruiting plans and coordinated networking events with over 200 organizations. In 2008, Jen became a Career Specialist at the District School Board of Pasco County. There they created annual career development plans for up to 1400 students annually, coaching students and families on career preparation, post-secondary readiness, and financial aid through individual sessions, group presentations, events, and experiential learning opportunities. In 2017, Jen returned to the District School Board of Pasco County in their current role as Human Resources & Recruiting Manager.
