Gleb Kostarev

Gleb Kostarev is a seasoned professional with a robust background in leadership and regional management, currently serving as CEO and Cofounder of Blum since December 2023. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Binance from August 2018 to September 2023, where Gleb held multiple roles, culminating as VP and Regional Head of APAC, Eastern Europe, CIS, Turkey, and ANZ, overseeing development across 60+ markets. Achievements at Binance also include expanding the Eastern European team significantly and winning the internal award for "Highest Growth Binancian" in 2020. Previous roles include Global Public Relations Manager at Waves and Senior PR & Marketing Specialist at EY, along with experience in financial journalism at RosBusinessConsulting. Gleb holds a Master’s degree in Financial Markets and a Bachelor’s degree in Language Interpretation and Translation.
