Adithya Santhosh

Adithya works closely with the Managing Partner & members of Blume leadership on driving key strategic planning, platform interventions & special initiatives across the Fund. He also supports Blume's representation and leadership role in the IVCA (Indian Venture and Alternate Capital Association) and other Government/Public Policy matters.

Prior to Blume, Adithya had previous stints as a Program Manager in the Founder's Office of Nova Benefits, an Insurtech Start-up backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, and as a Senior Analyst on a Financial Services Regulatory team covering Alternative Assets in Deloitte US-India. He graduated from the Madras Christian College, Chennai where he was also General Secretary of the Commerce Association.
