Ranhita Bordoloi

Ranhita Bordoloi is a professional with diverse experience in people management, community engagement, and sales engineering. Currently serving in the People and Culture department at Blume Ventures since July 2022, Ranhita also contributes as a Community Member at The Shape of Work, which focuses on networking for HR leaders and people operations professionals. Previously, Ranhita worked as an Associate Consultant at Positive Moves, specializing in executive search and leadership hiring. Early career experiences include internships and roles at Bain & Company, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Limited, and Oil India Limited, coupled with the entrepreneurial venture as the Founder and Head Baker at I Cake You. Ranhita holds a PGP in Management Practices and Liberal Arts from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering for Women.
