Tanja Prade

Tanja Prade is a dedicated professional in the field of human resources with extensive experience spanning various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Manager People & Culture at IF-Blueprint since December 2023, Tanja previously held positions at Joyn GmbH, including Associate HR Coordinator and Working Student HR, from October 2019 to December 2023. Tanja's career began at Siemens in a Werkstudent role within Corporate Technology HR from September 2018 to October 2019, and prior experience includes a Bachelor's degree study at Kieser Training AG from June 2015 to June 2018. Tanja holds a Master of Arts in Personalmanagement from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Sportökonomie from Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement.
