Nicole Assa

Nicole Assa currently serves as a Development Associate at Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd., since September 2012, where involvement encompasses all stages of the development process and project management, including acquisition, entitlements, construction, and lease-up. Responsibilities include preparing budgets, pro-formas, and waterfall calculations using Excel and Argus for both internal analysis and for lenders and investors. Prior to this role, Nicole Assa was the Managing Director at BLX Group from July 1995 to August 2012.
