Raffaela Petrasek

Raffaela Petrasek has extensive experience in community planning and government relations, currently serving as the Director of Community and Government Affairs at Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd. since July 2007. Previously, Raffaela held the position of Program Manager for Mixed Use Development at HDR from 2004 to 2007, specializing in community visioning projects and public/private partnerships. Raffaela also served as Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation from 1993 to 2003, where responsibilities included facilitating public/private partnerships and supervising project management to convert underutilized City assets into economic opportunities. Raffaela holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Policy Analysis from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Philosophy from Boston University.
