Jonathan Poland

Jonathan Poland has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Engineering Manager at Blumira since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant from August 2016 to July 2022. During this time, they also founded and served as the President of Keen Glow, a company they led from July 2016 to December 2021.

Jonathan has a background in software engineering and leadership roles. In 2015, they founded Locumocity and worked as the Founder/CTO, where they developed a two-sided marketplace in the medical locum tenens space. Before that, they had a significant tenure at Arbor Networks, starting as a Software Engineer in 2000 and progressing to roles such as Senior Principal Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, and Engineering Manager/Software Architect. At Arbor Networks, they led teams, mentored direct reports, and contributed to the development of innovative products and solutions.

Jonathan also briefly worked as a Development Lead at Turnstar (formerly Textaurant) in 2012 and as a Software Developer/Research Assistant at Merit Network, Inc. from 1998 to 2000.
