Uzma Nazir

Uzma has over 20 years of experience in the UK bulk annuity and pensions consulting markets.

Prior to joining Blumont Annuity Company (UK), Uzma served as Head of Structuring at PIC, where she was responsible for pricing and developing innovative solutions for buy-ins and buyouts. At PIC, she led on £22bn of successful bulk annuity transactions, including all aspects of the £6.5bn landmark RSA insurance buyout, the largest single UK bulk annuity buyout transaction. Other notable transactions include M&S, MNOPF, BHS and Institute and Faculty of Actuaries pension scheme buyout.

Uzma is a Fellow of the UK Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and is one of the founding members of the Actuarial Mentoring Programme.
