Scott Vickland

Scott Vickland has a diverse and extensive work experience. Scott started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where they worked from 1985 to 1993. Scott then joined Anteon as a Senior Program Manager for Financial Systems, managing financial and budget systems projects for the U.S. Government marketplace. In 1998, they moved to NRECA as an ERP Manager.

In 2002, Scott joined Cardno Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. as the Director for Information Technology, responsible for technology use standards, planning, and budgeting for the global firm. Scott also served as the Senior Manager for Public Sector Financial Systems and Senior Advisor for Bosnia Accounting Reform within the company.

Scott then joined Counterpart International in 2010 as the Senior Director for Technology and Administration. Afterward, they became the Vice President for Information Technology at ACDI/VOCA, where they played a pivotal role in migrating their workforce to Microsoft Office 365 cloud and consolidating email domains into a single platform.

In 2019, Scott joined Enabling Technologies Corp as the Practice Lead for Strategic Advisory Services, providing IT strategy planning, change management, and governance advisory services to clients. Scott later moved to Barker & Scott in 2022 as an Information Technology Strategy Consultant.

Currently, Scott Vickland holds the position of Senior Director for Information Technology at Blumont Inc. Scott'swork experience showcases their expertise in IT strategy, implementation, and change management.

Scott Vickland attended George Mason University from 1976 to 1978, where they studied English and Economics. Following this, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy at the University of California, Berkeley from 1978 to 1981.
