Yacouba Ousmane Bizo is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in project coordination, construction, and infrastructure management, currently serving as the Infrastructures/WASH Coordinator for ONG Islamic Relief Niger. Since January 2023, Yacouba has been responsible for implementing projects aimed at improving educational and sanitation infrastructure in Niger, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets. Previously, Yacouba held various roles, including Civil Engineer for MONUSCO in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Regional Civil Engineer for International Relief and Development (IRD) covering regions in Burkina Faso, Chad, and Niger, and was involved with the International Organization of Migration. Yacouba's qualifications include an Engineer’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri in Nigeria and additional training from the Pan-African Institute of Higher Studies and Training in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
