Alexander McKinnon is an experienced project manager and engineer currently employed at Blur Product Development since January 2021, after progressing through roles as a Research and Development Engineer and an Engineering Intern. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, where Alexander developed virtual-reality rehabilitation games, designed lab equipment wiring systems, and contributed to the design of Printed Circuit Boards for medical devices. In addition, Alexander held teaching assistant positions in Human Physiology for Engineers II and Biomedical Engineering Design and Manufacturing I, where responsibilities included guiding students in various engineering concepts and laboratory work. Alexander also acted as a Resident Advisor, supporting undergraduate students and enhancing community engagement. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical and Health Sciences Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Blur is an innovative design, engineering, and contract manufacturing firm focused on developing and manufacturing medical devices.
