Damein Williams is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience across various companies and roles. Currently serving as an Industrial Designer at Blur Product Development since August 2020, Damein focuses on the user experience in the design of medical products, emphasizing a balance of functionality, usability, and aesthetics. As a co-founder and designer at Revision, Damein collaborates on innovative design projects. Previous roles include leadership positions at Touchstone 3D and Laut Design, where responsibilities ranged from project management to client communication and production management. Earlier career experiences at ImageWorks Display & Marketing and Hayward Industries contributed to a strong foundation in product design and development. Damein holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from Appalachian State University, complemented by an Associate of Arts from Wake Technical Community College.

Blur is an innovative design, engineering, and contract manufacturing firm focused on developing and manufacturing medical devices.
