Seamus Strong

Seamus Strong is currently working as the Lead Estimator at BLUROC since January 2019. Prior to this, Seamus has gained significant experience in strength and conditioning roles at various organizations such as the New York Football Giants, MJP Strength and Conditioning, Cumberland University, Buffalo Bills, Boston College, and Amherst College. Seamus holds a Master's Degree in Strength and Human Performance from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Springfield College.
