Phil Sanford

Phil Sanford is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in estimating and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Estimator at Catamount Constructors since January 2020, Phil has previously held significant roles including District Manager at American Buildings Company from November 2014 to October 2018, and Senior Project Manager at Fox & Brindle Construction from January 1995 to December 2013. Earlier career positions include Project Manager at both Foundation Contractors from January 1993 to January 1995 and Leonard Brothers Construction from February 1990 to December 1994. Phil Sanford holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
